Usage Metrics
Overview
The Scanner App usage metrics provide a detailed view of the application's utilization patterns. The metrics are presented through interactive charts and graphs that exhibit scan counts across various dimensions, including per-user activity, item popularity, and temporal trends.
Date Range Selection
At the top of the page, users can select a start and end date for the data they wish to view. This allows for a customizable time frame to focus on specific periods of interest.
Scan Count by User
This bar chart displays the number of scans performed by individual users. It helps in identifying the most active users within the selected date range.
Interpretation
The x-axis represents different users.
The y-axis shows the number of scans completed by each user.
Bars are sorted in descending order, with the user having the highest scan count placed first.
Most Scanned Items
This horizontal bar chart highlights the items that are scanned most frequently.

Total Scan Count Over Time

Top Salespersons by Sales Not Using the Scanner App
This bar chart helps identify sales staff who are not making use of the Scanner App.
