Staff Analysis

Access Note: The "Staff Analysis" permission is required.

The Staff Analysis tool is a comprehensive page designed to analyze and compare the performance of sales staff across various metrics. The tool is divided into five tabs: Sales, Protection, Delivery, Accessory & Email, and Lookup Table. Each tab provides specific insights into different aspects of the sales process, allowing managers to evaluate staff effectiveness, sales performance, and adherence to company protocols.

Top Performers

The first four tabs - Sales, Protection, Delivery, and Accessory & Email - focus on the top performers in each category. These charts highlight the leading staff members based on their sales metrics, providing a clear visual comparison of their achievements.

  • Sales: This section highlights the overall sales figures, margin percentages, and the number of tickets processed by each staff member. It visually compares the sales performance across the team.

  • Protection: This tab focuses on the sales of protection plans. It shows protection dollars sold, the percentage of tickets with protection sales, and protection sales as a percentage of eligible sales.

  • Delivery: Here, managers can review the delivery-related metrics, including delivery dollars, the percentage of tickets with delivery sales, and delivery sales as a percentage of eligible sales.

  • Accessory & Email: This section provides insights into the sale of accessories and the rate of email capture by staff members. It evaluates how well staff are upselling accessories and collecting customer emails.

Lookup Table

The Lookup Table aggregates all the data from the previous tabs into a detailed, sortable table. Unlike the chart tabs, which highlight only the top performers, the lookup table includes data for all staff members, making it a useful tool for finding information on any specific individual.

This tool is invaluable for identifying top performers, areas for improvement, and trends in sales behavior, ultimately helping to refine sales strategies and training programs.
