The Scanner App Ticket is a detailed PDF generated from a session in the Scanner App, providing a comprehensive summary of the session's transactions and customer details. This ticket can be emailed directly from the app to any specified email address.

Ticket Components

  • Logo: If a logo has been uploaded in the Portal, it will appear at the top of the ticket, providing a personalized and professional look.

  • Session ID: Each ticket displays a unique session ID, indicating the specific session from which the ticket was generated.

  • Creation Date: The date and time when the session was created.

  • Sales Rep: The name of the sales representative handling the session, if applicable.

Customer Information

  • Customer Name: The name of the customer associated with the session.

  • Customer Address: The address of the customer, if provided.

  • Customer Phone and Email: Contact details provided for the customer.

Transaction Details

  • Notes: Any additional notes or specific details entered during the session.

  • Items: Each item scanned during the session is listed with its details:

    • Item ID: The unique identifier for each item.

    • Description: A brief description of the item.

    • Quantity Available and To Purchase: Shows how many units are available and how many the customer intends to purchase.

    • Original Price: The price per unit of the item.

    • Adjusted Price: The adjusted price per unit of the item, if applicable.

Financial Summary

  • Sale Total: The total price for the items included on the ticket.

  • Sales Tax: The calculated tax based on the total sale, if applicable.

  • Grand Total: The total amount including tax.

QR Code

Access Note: To use the QR Code the "Scanner App Portal" permission is required.

  • Portal Link: A QR code is provided at the bottom of the ticket. Scanning this QR code with a smartphone or QR reader will direct the user to the Portal where they can view detailed Ticket details on the web.
