Expected Quantities and Cost Tab
This expected quantities and cost tab allows you to track the expected quantities and costs of items over time, using due dates to project when these quantities are expected to arrive.
By Month: Displays the total expected quantity and cost of items for each month, offering a clear picture of purchasing trends.
By Week: Breaks down expected quantities and costs on a weekly basis, helping to identify short-term trends or potential issues.
These visualizations are critical for keeping track of when inventory is expected to arrive and ensuring your purchasing aligns with budget expectations.
Vendors Tab
The vendors tab gives you detailed insights into vendor performance.
Vendor Metrics: Lists vendors with key data such as the number of open POs, expected quantities, and associated costs, enabling you to assess vendor reliability and performance.
Cost Breakdown: Distinguishes between costs for sold orders and stock orders, giving a clear view of where your spending is focused.
This tab is essential for evaluating vendor performance and ensuring timely fulfillment of purchase orders.
