The app’s workflow is streamlined into three simple steps:

  1. Select Schedule

  2. Scan Device

  3. Scan Product

The process then loops, enabling rapid, continuous scanning without interruption.


🛒 User Flow Breakdown

1️⃣ Select Schedule

  • Upon opening the app, you will be prompted to select a schedule.

    • A schedule defines which campaign, promotion, or product listing will be used during the binding process.

  • Tap the desired schedule from the list and proceed to the scanning phase.


2️⃣ Scan Device (eTag)

  • Use your device’s camera to scan the eTag QR code or NFC chip on the digital label.

    • Scanning the eTag registers which digital label you are about to bind to a product.

  • The app will instantly capture the eTag’s unique identifier.


3️⃣ Scan Product (Paper Tag)

  • Immediately after scanning the eTag, scan the product’s barcode or QR code from the paper tag.

    • This action pairs the product’s information (SKU, description, price, etc.) with the scanned eTag.

  • The binding will happen automatically, and you will receive a quick confirmation.


🔄 Loop for Continuous Scanning

  • After a successful bind, the app will immediately return to the Scan Device screen to allow for rapid, continuous scanning.

  • This loop is optimized for speed, enabling users to bind multiple products without needing to restart the process manually.
