The 'All Users' page is a centralized space for administrators to manage user accounts within the organization. This guide outlines the functionalities available to administrators, including inviting new users, removing existing users, and managing user permissions.

Creating Invite Codes

  • Administrators can generate invite codes by clicking on the 'CREATE INVITE CODE' button. These codes are used to onboard new users into the organization's system securely.

Removing Users

  • To maintain the integrity of the user base, admins have the authority to remove users from the organization. This can be done by clicking the trash can icon corresponding to the user that needs to be removed.

User Account Information and Permissions

  • By clicking on a user's name, admins can view detailed information about the user's account.

  • The most critical aspect of this functionality is the ability to manage a user's permissions, which can include access levels, roles within the app, and other specific permissions tailored to the organization's needs.

Step-by-Step Guide

Inviting New Users

  1. Click on 'CREATE INVITE CODE'.

  2. Share the generated code with the prospective user.

  3. The user enters the code upon sign-up to join the organization.

Removing Users

  1. Locate the user that needs to be removed from the list.

  2. Click the trash can icon beside their name.

  3. Confirm the removal if prompted to ensure the correct user is being deleted from the system.
